Newsletter Redesign

Part of the service we provide our clients is a personalized newsletter template. We build them a site and then a newsletter that matches the site to ensure their branding is consistent on various channels. As part of my internship, I was given the task to redesign our templates. We felt our old template was insufficient and didn’t meet the standard of our work. I was given a list items that needed to be included in the new design and got to work. My main goal was to modernize the template— the previous design felt outdated and was becoming hard to scale for farms with lots of content and messaging.

Two parts of achieving this was 1) ensuring we maintain white space throughout, and 2) eliminating the border and adding a banner image to fully take advantage of the given space and create a engaging layout. I created two separate templates (one is pictured below) to ensure we give each client a personalized experience and newsletter. The new templates convey a more professional message and look, and works with all desired elements that our clients need.
